I was the Set Decorator for half of both Series 3 and Series 4. The latter was the final series and more challenging in that we had to create a large time change and a ‘modernisation’ of the sets.
To show the opulence and fashion of the thirties we introduced a lot of Art Deco especially with furniture, lights and textiles.
