NCIS: Tony & Ziva made by Paramount Pictures as a ten episode spin off series and starring two of the most popular actors to ever be in NCIS. It was filmed in Hungary and covered over a hundred sets including studio builds and dozens of locations. The architecture of Hungary and especially Budapest lent itself to many other European countries including Italy, Germany and France.
